Greer, aware of my floundering attempts to pick up a different track car, came across a nice add on the CornerCarvers forum. '94 B package miata, 170kmi, with hard top, reasonable price. Heck, it even had koni c/o's, and a Hard Dog roll bar on it. Only it's red, and it's down in Kentucky. And won't be able to get down there 'till 10/10 at the earliest. Then again, it's a good price w/ several mods I'd have to / want to do already on it.
After about an hour of hand shivering, jawing with Greer, and general 'I've never done something like this' nervousness, I finally sent out an email.
So, now I'm in the dynamic dance of pulling together a pre purchase inspection several states away; deciding *how* I'm going to get down there.
So, it's all Greer's fault... which makes him a Bad Man. Of course, I'm attempting to go through with it... which makes me a CrazyPerson. But then again, if you've read this blog, you already know about the that last part.
